So I saw a Rachel Ray magazine at Target last night and stopped to look through it, I've always loved her meal ideas. I was sporting a Rachel Ray lunch bag on my shoulder that I was getting ready to buy. The lunch bag is so me, pretty stripes, and the colors are Fall-like (which coincidentally is my favorite season). I didn't even realize it was a RR lunch bag until my husband mentioned it.
Needless to say, today I signed up for a 2 year subscription to her magazine. i'm excited about it, there's something about here that intrigues me. She has this raspy voice that probably annoys most, but I am drawn to it. I love her cooking ideas, although many of them wouldn't be touched by my picky children, someday I aspire to try many more of her recipes.
So today is Monday, the first day I've had to come back into the office to work, I had been working at home for the past several months now, actually must have been fairly close to a year now. I guess I missed too much work in the last month for my boss' comfort, so she made me come back to the office 5 days per week. It was really hard getting out of bed and having to get ready, makeup, blow dryer etc. I was yawning all the way into work, and it felt like a Monday for sure.
I packed lunches for myself and hubby today. Trying to save a bit of money by eating in this week. We'll see how long that lasts....
